  - Faster drag&drop in directories with thousands of files
  
  If the cache is about DragAndDropHelper, implement it there.
  
  Added one method to clear the cache when the drag is initiated
  in dolphin. It is not notified if the drag starts in nautilus,
  but in any case, the drop in the same folder is rejected.
