D12571: Remove all group boxes from settings window, and adjust UI accordingly

  Right now the window auto-sizes itself to perfectly fit the content without needing any scrollbars, but doesn't add any extra padding. I agree that some of the views with non-centered layouts do feel a bit cramped. I can try to play with that a bit.
