REVISION SUMMARY
  This can lead to crashes (BUG 393528) and is inconsistent with the KIO file picker dialog, which shows duplicated entries.

  This partially reverts a8a3fa51a0649ffc43b0d740c268e39a6dd6672b <https://phabricator.kde.org/R318:a8a3fa51a0649ffc43b0d740c268e39a6dd6672b> (while still keeping BUG 389147 fixed)

TEST PLAN
  Open dolphin with the user-places.xbel attached in BUG 393528, it doesn't crash. Newly created places can still be renamed.
