D7440: Turn on Dolphin icon previews by default

REVISION SUMMARY
  This change turns on icon previews by default, because that's what users expect 2017 when all other major file browsers (macOS Finder, Windows Explorer) has live file previews on by default.
  
  This will mostly resolve https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=338492
  
  Additional work will still be needed to turn on previews for all individual file formats, if desired.
