still stands.  :-)  As I said on bug 528598, the first step is to split up
the patches.  Once you've done that, please feel free to ping me on IRC or
over email if you don't see any traction on the patches, and I can help
find the right reviewers and work you through our process to get this stuff
upstreamed.
