Oh right. I thought you were referring to some early KDE4 version. Indeed KDE3
version of Gwenview had these options.

Just like Frank, I was not aware those settings were used by so many
applications. Thanks for pointing it out.

This makes sense to me and would indeed solve the problem. This can't happen
for 4.11, though. Who is going to implement this KCM for 4.12?
