Feature Freeze KDE 4.11

I'm really sorry, but I did not manage to look at those things in
detail. I was a lot more busy during the last 2 weeks than I thought
(spent much time travelling to weddings and other events, and also had
quite a few things to do at work), and I needed the little remaining
time for finishing my work to improve some things in
KFileItemModelRolesUpdater, because the waste of resources when we
generate 100000 or more previews in huge folders is something that I
really wanted to get into KDE 4.11.

Still, a lot of the Dolphin changes in KDE 4.11 are based on your
work, and I think that you can be proud of that. I hope it's not too
frustrating if we postpone things like the DolphinMainWindow
refactoring until the KDE 4.11 branch is created - even though this
idea is certainly useful, it will mostly make our future work easier,
and not have a huge effect for users, so it won't really make a big
difference for us if it's also in KDE/4.11 or only in the future
master branch. I don't expect many bug fix changes in
DolphinMainWindow during the 4.11 cycle, so there won't be many merge
conflicts if the refactoring is only in master then. And I really
prefer to have a thorough look at it first to make sure that we don't
introduce subtle bugs.
