info about writing a Dolphin plugin

Well that's not totally true.

>From the top of my mind:
-Context menu plugins, either using .desktop or c++/bindings
-Control version systems (cvs, svn, git, hg, bzr)
-Widgets in the properties menus (in the menu that open once you click on 
properties)
-New panels (this one I'm not sure), but things like the terminal / info / 
file tree are or were plugins.
