5- "Can I run Konqueror without running KDE?"
http://www.konqueror.org/faq/#CanIrunKonquerorwithoutrunningKDE
Personally, I very much doubt that this is a frequently asked question
from a Konqueror user.
If you disagree, then I think you should just link to
http://windows.kde.org/
and to
http://mac.kde.org/

6- http://www.konqueror.org/
"
Konqueror is powered by the KHTML rendering engine (and optionally Webkit)
which means it supports the latest web standards such as HTML5,
Javascript, CSS3, and others.
"

I am unconfortable with claims that KHTML rendering engine supports HTML5
and CSS3. KHTML rendering engine supports and implements to a certain
point HTML5 and CSS3 but not as well as other browsers.

This is where we could do better by putting KHTML in stress test suites
like CSS 2.1 test suite, HTML 5 (beta) test suite (~= 900 tests),
ECMAScript262 (v5.1) test suite and then just list the links to test
suites results and to what other browsers achieved. We wouldn't have to
explain anything or make claims or be accused of exaggerations but just
link to test suites results.

Microsoft IE testing center have a good bunch of tests on some CSS3
modules. One person could do just that: run the tests, create a page of
results and then we can link to it.

Eg:
http://samples.msdn.microsoft.com/ietestcenter/#css3bordersbackgrounds
test border radius

http://samples.msdn.microsoft.com/ietestcenter/#css3mediaqueries
test media queries

I know that some HTML5 tests from ietestcenter are invalid or were not
approved by W3C.
See
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156536#c7
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251373#c2 and comments 3-6

Sites like
http://html5test.com/
are not that reliable; they just test support detection but they do not
actually do really *test* and real testing of elements, attributes,
methods, etc.. like a test suite could and would.

HTML5 test suite (DRAFT; 924 tests)
http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/harness/harness.htm
It's off-line now or it was removed!
