I can help you with regards to HTML4, HTML5, CSS 2.1, CSS3 and DOM
interfaces. Javascript also.

I hope you can update webpages about debugging and getting involved, etc.
We need assistance here.

One idea here. I have QA a lot of crash bugs so far and the thing is:
- people do not even give an url of the webpage on which they crash

The FAQ

http://www.konqueror.org/faq/

is really outdated and incorrect in many aspects. First a FAQ should
really be about the most often asked questions and the top most asked
questions. "Where does the name Konqueror come from?" is most certainly
NOT a frequently asked question.

To remove:
{
- "Konqueror refuses to login into netscape mail. Is there a fix for that?"
- "Where does the name Konqueror come from?"
- "Why doesn't KHTML show the contents of an image's ALT tag in a tooltip?"
(IE8, IE9 and IE10PP implement alt and title correctly.)
}

2- "Where does Konqueror store its history, and how do I erase it?" : the
reference to KControl module should be replaced with Settings/Configure
Konqueror ...

3- "Why does Konqueror crash on every page with Flash? (old)"

3a)
It's actually not old but the answer is. Konqueror has a lot of crash
issues with Adobe Flash player:

Many duplicates listed, mentioned in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=273323

Report a Flash Player crash (to Adobe)
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/839/cpsid_83975.html

Interestingly, they explain how to create and submit a Flash Player crash
log for Windows users but I'm sure this could be done for KDE users. This
is where an user like yourself could help the whole Konqueror community
(who may be having crash/problems/issues with Flash players), the KDE
developers who are generally over-burdened and too few and help yourself
to begin with.

If we knew how to log crash data of Adobe Flash player for file crash bug
reports at Adobe, this would help us.

3b)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280858
gives more info on Adobe flash player.

E.g.:
Latest available version of Adobe Flash player is listed at
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

After creating an account, it's possible to file a bug report on Flash at
https://bugbase.adobe.com/
with
Product : Adobe Flash Player
Version: Flash Player 11
Area: Browser Integration
Platform: Linux
Browser: -

How can we help you
http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html
and choose
"I need help using my software or it does not seem to be working correctly"
from the drop-down list.

3c)
The new answer should clearly states that Flash is created, maintained,
etc.. by Adobe and not by KDE people.

3d)
The new answer should also states that people may be using Gnash and not
Flash; this happened to me.

4- "What is Konqueror's User Agent string?"
This should be updated a bit. The current answer is good.

5- "As an author of a web site, how can I identify Konqueror from other
browsers?"
Links to techniques on how to do methods/objects feature detection should
be given in the answer: that would be very helpful.

"we recommend to test for features rather than the browsers brand."

YES!

Martin, I have lots of suggestions, ideas about what to add, modify,
remove. In particular with regards to debugging, bug reporting, getting
involved.
