Konqueror's "Open With" dialog behaviour when opening a URL with an external application

BTW, this bug only afflicts konqueror + khtml because khtml rely on
KPart's openUrlRequested signal to open links clicked on by the user.
kdewebkit based browsers (konqueror + kwebkitpart & reKonq) are not
affected by this issue.
