[PATCH]Konqueror File Manager icons.

I would also recommend the attached patch.

This would make Konqueror File Manager visible on the menu and use the 
file manager icon for 'desktop' files that execute 'kfmclient'.

Note that I have used icon names with additional qualifiers.  This had 
NO effect if icons with those names do not exist.  It it my 
recommendation that Oxygen icons:

	system-file-manager-kfm
	system-file-manager-root-kfm

be created, but it is not necessary.

As an interim measure, I can make the icon:

	system-file-manager-root

like the attached.
