SVG in Konqueror

Hi, Dave

In kde4.2 konqueror has native support for SVG, i.e. via khtml
library. It's still in the experimental stage, but hopefully that will
change in the future.
If you'd like to try it out you need konq/kdelibs from trunk or 4.2
beta packages.
