Konqueror becoming progressively unusable

I am experiencing submit problems as well. Resubmitting 2-3 times usually 
helps. As there were bigger changes to the HTTP KIO slave (in trunk) I 
guess those are to blame. As the problems always appear while I have some 
important data submit I didn't get around debugging it further.
