Web Shortcuts [TAKE 2]

Hi,

This patch fixes a small bug on the previous one. If you set a 'default search 
engine' such as "Google", while the google shortcut is disabled, 
writing "foo" in the Konqueror addressbar should work. It does with this 
patch.

This also fixes the problem of 3-times-connected buttons to slots, that made 
on "New" and "Change" the dialog to be shown 3 times instead of 1.
