Configuring Konqueror ToolBars -- strange problems

I have been having problems configuring Konqueror ToolBars.

I reported a bug:

and I have a question with trying to figure it out.

I configured the ToolBars for both WebBrowsing and FileManagement in 
KDE-4.1 BRANCH.  I did the same a while ago in TRUNK.  In the TRUNK 
installation, I have both:

	$HOME/.kde4/share/apps/konqueror/konq-filemanagement.rc
	$HOME/.kde4/share/apps/konqueror/konq-webbrowsing.rc

However in the 4.1 BRANCH installation, I only have:

	$HOME/.kde4/share/apps/konqueror/konq-filemanagement.rc

despite the fact that I configured and saved both profiles.

Am I correct that this is not correct?  Shouldn't I have both files?
