Thanks for the words of encouragement, but I fear I may have oversold it
slightly :) This is a pretty small fix/ optimisation for an issue that
personally annoyed me (the fact that all images were re-downloaded when the
page was refreshed was the first "negative" thing I noticed when I switched
to Konqueror).

Easily done; updated patch is attached :) (CTRL+R seems to have be there
already).
