Excellent! I can't comment on the patch, but this kind of improvement is long 
overdue and must be included in KDE 4.2. Any comments from the core khtml 
hackers?

The pair F5 : Ctrl+F5 (soft : hard) looks good.
Please also provide as alternative keys the pair Ctrl+R : Ctrl+Shift+R (for 
Moz/NN4 compatibility).
