[PATCH] Should we add 'Konqueror File Manager' to the menu

Per: DF's request, this is a patch to do one thing: add Konqueror File 
Manager (KFM) to the menu.

So, this is a simple question: should it be on the menu?

I note that Dolphin is on the menu.  Therefore, I think that KFM should 
also be on the menu.

I realize that there are other ways to open a file manager window. 
These are OK for local use, but a file manager is also used for network 
and web (e.g. FTP).

I find that in KDE that I open KFM both ways -- either with a directory 
icon or with the Konqueror icon.

IAC, I think that to be consistent that if we have Dolphin on the menu 
that we should also have KFM on the menu.
