100 + open tabs on Konqueror? Konqueror gurus?

I use to deal with many open tabs, some times 100 to 200 tabs at once
for a specific research job.

In Opera and Firefox I have managed to found settings and addons to show
the tab bar as a multirow one (multiple lines, tabs of about minimum 100
pixels), optionally placed (when there are too many rows) to the left
side with a scroll handle, which makes my job quite easier .

How can I do the same with Konqueror?

Is there any Konqueror gurus specific mail list?
