Less ugly sidebar

Hello,

Currently Konq sidebar is based on K3DockArea. This makes resizing it horribly 
ugly. Attached patch changes it into QSplitter. The only downside is lost 
ability to rearrange views in multiple views mode. But at least you don't 
cringe everytime it gets resized.
