[PATCH]: Template based detailed error page for KHTML

Hi

I have improved the error page that appears when a domain name for example
cannot be resolved. At the moment it displays a simple message like:

"An error occurred while loading http://kdeeee.org:
Unknown host kdeeee.org: Unknown error"

(Anyway, the message "Unknown error" seems to be wrong..)

Now I have looked into the code and seen the following comment:
"// following disabled until 3.1"

I have enabled (and fixed) the code and look: Nice detailed page with
description and possible solution.

Also I have added some code to make this page template based (inspired by the
Qt demo browser).

Okay to commit?

Please CC me as I am not on this list. Thanks.

Bye
urs
