cannot connect to host problem

I am not sure report this as a bug or not, but I have
had this problem with konq for a while.

I am using KDE 4 latest to debug the problem.  I have
attached the bug trace.

When I go to my online bank I get:

"An error occurred while loading
https://www.txn.banking.pcfinancial.ca/a/authentication/preSignOn.ams?referid=loginBox_banking_go:
Could not connect to host
www.txn.banking.pcfinancial.ca."

I only get this message with Konq.  Its OK with
firefox, opera etc... As well, I have had this problem
since KDE 3.4.

I am just getting into KDE 4 so I tired it there and I
still get the same problem.
