Plugin in KonqSideBar

Hello everybody. I'm an Argentine male. My english is very bad, but I will try 
to write as good as I can.

I'm developing a Plugin in Python for Konqueror which management del.icio.us 
bookmarks. I would use KonqSideBar to show the bookmarks but I can't.

Anybody have an example? What could I read about that? I need some help.
