Yes but ideally we would have a new item in there that allows to configure dolphinpart,
borrowing some config code from dolphin... Otherwise we're missing a bunch of options,
like whether to ask for confirmation when deleting files, and all the view modes options
(see "Configure Dolphin" in dolphin). Either that stuff should be available as a "Configure File Manager"
menu item when dolphin is shown, or it should be in the big "Configure Konqueror" dialog.
Not sure which is better. Too many "Configure foo" menu items can be confusing I guess.
