changing Arabic font under Konqueror (Sarge-->Etch)

Well, I finally discovered which font was used in Konqueror in Debian Sarge:
It was just good old Times New Roman, and the good thing is that it also
works well in Konqueror under Debian Etch, it even displays the lifted 'alif
correctly.
