[PATCH] Konqueror Home URL

Hi list,

I've created a patch for konqueror to set a different HomeURL for each view 
profile. With this patch it is possible to have different HomeURLs for web 
browsing and for file managing. The necessary infrastructure was already in 
the konqueror code base but so far there was no graphical way to set the 
HomeURL for a specific profile.

This patch fills the gap by placing a combobox next to the HomeURL requester. 
The combobox lists all available profiles plus an empty one. The latter is 
selected by default and means the HomeURL requester referres to the HomeURL 
entry in konquerorrc. When a profile is selected, it referres to the HomeURL 
entry of the selected profile. See screenshots:

The semantic described above allows the users to completely ignore the profile 
combobox and is fully backwards compatible. At the same time, advanced users 
are given a comfortable way to configure the HomeURL depending on the 
selected profile.

Is this patch okay to commit?
