You are probably correct -- I don't have an unpatched copy of 3.5 
running.  We could call it Documents.

No.

If we weren't going to change the defaults, we wouldn't have the "Web 
Home" button on the toolbar as a default.

There would still be, as default, only a button with a house as the icon 
that goes to $HOME which is what we have now.  What would change would 
be how you configure Home.
