[PATCH] IE compatibility for Date.parse 2

(My previous message got overlooked. I'm reposting here)

I found the time to test my patch for Date.parse [1].  This patch changes
the behavior of Date.parse to mimick the way IE works when passed an
invalid parameter.  I wrote it because the current behavior prevented one
of my customers to use the web site of his bank.

I applied it to a kdelibs version 3.5 from kdesvn-build and ran "testkjs
base.js Date.js". There is no regression. Can the patch be applied?
