That isn't my behaviour pattern. I think, however, that Mandriva patches 
this. When first using the Mandriva-provided KDE, I couldn't get out of 
textedits by using Ctrl,O in Bugzilla. I had to tab out.

After rebuilding KDE, it worked like it's always done for me.
