debugging entries in konqi View menu

hi

there are two entries in konqueror's View menu now that are probably 
inappropriate for a general release: the two "Print [DOM|render tree] to 
STDOUT" entries.

one approach would be to simply #ifndef NDEBUG them out, as the attached patch 
does. any other thoughts?
