open file and close konqueror

IMHO: have an app icon called "Open File" which loads the file manager 
interface in a window and then loads the application into the same window. 
perhaps as a fallback (no appropriate kpart available) launch the app and 
close the window (though that will likely fail rather quietly in edge cases)
