Konqueror slow with bigger images

For info. This seems to be regression in Xorg 6.9 and 7.0. Noone seems to 
have idea yet though what's the problem. Problem appears only with XAA, 
but EXA has too many bugs yet to be usable at all.

Whole pages are affected. http://www.ekspress.ee is a good sample - see 
rendering and try to scroll with page up/down. And yes, Firefox seems to 
affected as well (there is noticeable difference with nv and binary 
nvidia driver), but somehow handles situation a lot better.
