mjpeg plugin-for konqueror?

Is the camera really providing you with an mjpeg stream? or is it providing 
you with a jpeg when you poll it?
if it's a mjpeg stream I'd expect kmplayer would be able to display it.
if it's a jpeg each poll then write a webpage that refreshes.
