Disable Spellchecker for textareas

...this bug is about the combination of spellchecker with a
character-count-javascript - which is not quite my problem.

The thing i noticed is the delay when focusing the textarea - after waiting
those 2 sec i can type normally.

but i voted for that one anyway :D
hope it will fix my problem too
