keditbookmark: automagically forwarding changes

Hi

this is the final patch.

Fixed cutting in the bottom text fields.
And after the user has stopped typing for 1 second, changes in the 
bottom text fields are saved and other kbookmarkmanagers are notified.

I have tested this patch thoroughly and I'm probably commiting in a few 
days.
