Getting the document from the cache

Hi,

 Is there a reasoning behind the fact that KHTMLPageCache is not 
publicly accessible (the khtml_pagecache.h is not installed)? I'm 
trying to get back the document that was rendered in KHTML and the only 
way I found to do it via the KHTMLPart::document(), but this is a text 
variant of the DOM tree, not the exact document was rendered. As I saw 
in KHTMLPart::slotViewDocumentSource, this KHTMLPageCache is used to 
retrieve the document source.
