Shorter text in khtml_part

A toolbar action should be described by a verb, hence I suggest dropping the " 
Sizes" (the font is actually zoomed, contrary to KDE < 3, where it really 
switched the font size), leaving us with

"Increase Font"/"Decrease Font"

It's not much longer than your suggestion.
