Shorter text in khtml_part

Hi,

khtml_part has the text "Increase/Decrease Font Sizes" which is very long when 
you run with text under or alongside icons. I'd like to rename it to "Bigger 
Font" / "Smaller Font".

Patch attached. Comments? Objections?
