Mouse scrolling activated by MMB polishing [Bug 92374]

Personally, I find Opera for Windows' scrolling to be ideal (the Linux
version's is different, and worse). Sorry I can't help more. As best
as I can describe/remember, upon clicking the mmb, it positions the
cursor to the center of the screen/window/page/thingy; moving it only
slightly will cause it to scroll slowly, while moving it all the way
to the bottom will cause it to scroll to the end of even the longest
pages in a matter of seconds (or less).
Much props for this feature, I had wanted to add it myself, once I got
better at this whole KDE thing. Seems I no longer have to ;).
