Mouse scrolling activated by MMB polishing [Bug 92374]

Hello,

I've updated the mouse scrolling. Now there's an indicator at the point you 
activated it by middle mouse button. So you can adjust the speed much easier. 
The scrolling behaves as in Firefox, i.e. you can click links or whatever 
directly without quitting the scroll mode first. The appearance of the scroll 
indicator depends on the current theme.

The scrolling is not as smooth as I want it to. Any suggestions how to improve 
this?
