MMB on back, forwar and home

a few more notes:
The main difference between this patch and Stefan Nikolaus' patch is,
taht he duplicates the tab with all its views. Whereas my patch only
duplicates one view. So pressing MMB on back on a splitted view, results
in a unsplitted tab. 

As I said, the back and forward buttons copy the history over to the new
tab. I think that is a feature.

The most interesting function is: KonqViewManager::addTabFromHistory().
The rest is more or less glue.
