IIRC even Wind*ws explorer features cut/copy/paste buttons in file management 
mode. I have never heard/read anybody complain about it, so I'm wondering why 
people always complain about konqueror's.

My observations of inexperienced users (now using the politically correct 
term ;-) ) have shown that they quickly grasp the meaning of toolbar buttons 
and rudimentary mouse moving/clicking.

However, they virtually never get straight menues, context menues, and 
keyboard shortcuts (the latter one the most hideous/irritating one).

It's indeed true that no other browser I know of has a copy button, so I don't 
have a particularly strong feeling about keeping it.
