Changing Cookies/Popup Default Settings

Hello,

in comparison to other browsers new users are bombarded with flood of dialogs.
I suggest to change both cookies and popup default settings for Konqueror 3.5:

 - Automatically accept cookies from originating server and treat them as
   session cookies.

 - Default to smart "Open new windows" JavaScript policy now that we have the 
   blocked window notification and the ability to open blocked popups.

Any comments?
