svn is your friend. It can tell you down to the day when a certain feature was 
implemented. Though, working out all the information you need demands big 
scrutiny and some inner knowledge of the code.

I doubt that there's any developer who can tell you for sure when a certain 
feature was implemented.

If you really come up with an extensive list of when a certain element was 
introduced into kfm/konqueror, please post the complete list here also. This 
information would be a valuable contribution to konqueror.org, and will serve 
updating the khtml support for other projects like selfhtml 
(www.selfhtml.org)
