KJS, patch - non-pcre regular expressions do not work.

It seems an error slipped in the non pcre version of the KJS regexp help 
module.
As things stand now, if the regexp is successfully compiled, it is 
substituted with an empty regexp, which never matches anything.

The attached patch (diffed against 3.4, but should apply at least to the 3.5 
branch too) fixes this problem. OK to apply?
