Konqueror image filter

I've now added the ability to right click images and add filters...

but I haven't found a way to completely hide the blocked images on the page, I
tried altering khtm_image to set the box width and height to zero but the
picture placeholder remains. Similarly returning a fake 1x1 image back from
the requestImage alto failed.

any tips where I should be looking?
