Crossed icon of image - like delete red cross over image icon? Or red 
circle with line   (think Ghostbusters)

Sorry, currently my system is in shambles and cannot test patch but has it 
possibility to right-click on image/Flash/Java/etc and choose option: 
'Block objects from the same server'?
