a testcase for a new khtml problem

This seems to be a regression.
The example page, when working correctly, should show the table elements 
cyclically highlited in orange. It used to work at least under khtml 3.1 
and firefox, but does not work on head or on the 3.4 branch.

I first thought the problem was limited to the non standard document.all[] 
access method, but the getElementById() method is broken too.

Is this a known problem?

Any Idea on where to start looking at to fix it?
