kinfocenter is a symlink to kcontrol. When started as kinfocenter it displays
a different set of KCMs and presents itself as "KDE Info Center" instead of
"KDE Control Center". To the user they are two different applications
entirely, but they do use the same codebase, the same binary executable in
fact.
